for supplying me with this case for review. Now I bought new WD20EARS-00S8B1 disk that is quite slower then my older WD20EARS-00MVWB0 that I bought in the summer. I doubt there will be anything they can do. You might also want to use some of the various test modes and check out that drive. A local store carries the WD20EARS drives for $99 which is a lot but prices are bad for Canadians! Now I got the newest 4.60 and will try it later today.
