Reply Sara says: 2006-11-04 at 9:06 pm I am eternally grateful!! Thanks so much for keeping this site up and running - it has saved me and many others from unnecessarily buying new printers. I too found your site by googling Lexmark Hardware error 0502 after getting it twice…..I'm not one of those "go to the manufacturer first for good answers kind of people!" : This should take care of the printing problems…if not, then you may actually need a new printer.
I cleaned out the seats where the cartridges sit when the printer gets turned off. Reply John says: 2008-01-04 at 6:16 pm Printer was driving me crazy. This really works,THANKS A MILLION ! Thank you! Thanks so much!
