works with almost all dell/lexmarks except dell m4640, m4646,j4488, j5566, j5567 and lexmark 31, 32, 33, 34, 35. This may have been what caused it to fix, and Im not sure because I did this plus cleaning at the same time so Im not sure exaclty what part fixed Thanks! I kind of messed up and took it off the back of the cartriges.
I only print an alignment cartridge when I first install a new Dell cartridge or the first refill. I had refilled it too many times.. unplug power brick.3. I think the back finally came of off first. 6) Pull off the front top. If the test works with no cartridges in the printer, run it again with one cartridge at a time installed. Seems I got the error message after installing a new (genuine) 82 cartridge. help me please.

I did find a way to get it back on. move carriers to the LEFT.8. They claim this means that the printer has detected a short circuit (fuse/resister) in the cartridge. Dell sent 2 refurbished replacements.
