EDIT: Maybe just as a sanity check it would be good to run some HDD diagnostic tests on that HDD just to make sure that's not the issue. The number is the number of seconds to wait for the device, so you want it to be as low as possible. The install seemed to go wrong (error message at final install: System management is blocked by app. It is working. No Windows, no Gates, Apache inside!!!

I was getting the error:error 23 error while parsing number because my partitioning scheme was based on software RAID.
