reading through the definition of `\cfrac` in AMSMath Are the words "expression" and "term" interchangeable in programming language theory? I also would not assume that GAE is always going to use the same timezone... Just add the property -Dappengine.user.timezone=UTC to the run configuration of the lunch configuration (see attached screenshot, taken from the Google Eclipse Plugin documentation). The problem is confirmed in jdk 1.6 u31.
